These are probably best considered a solid base to refinish or "driver condition."
There's a few spots on the faces that have been touched up with what looks to be Sharpie. It doesn't feel like rash - more that the finish wore thin in places (Weds used VERY thin coatings on TC05's to save weight so I think that's what happened).
Otherwise, a small bit of rash and normal nicks an chips. This is pretty normal condition for the inner barrels (again, Weds used minimal finish coating for these).
Black is a bit of a rare color for these and the red Wedsport lettering is present. Rock some cool, good spec wheels on your DD and stay under the radar with the black finish.
