Track Your Order
Want to see where your order is? It's easy — just log in to your customer account and open your order history.
How to track your shipment:
- Sign in to your customer account using the account link at the top of our store (person icon).
- Go to your Orders to see all your past and current orders.
- Open the order you'd like to track.
- Click the tracking link on the order page to view live shipment updates from the carrier.
Please keep in mind:
- Tracking information is added once your order is fulfilled and a shipping label is created.
- It may take up to 24 hours after fulfillment for the carrier's tracking page to show updates.
- Most orders are delivered within 12 days of fulfillment when Fast Shipping is selected.
- Slow Shipping can take 1-3 months depending on your location. Order to the USA are taking closer to 2.5-3 months at the moment. Canada is in the 1-2 month range.
- For Slow Shipping orders, once the order leaves Japan, there are not any new tracking updates until it arrives and is scanned in by the postal system in the delivery country (this means a month or two between tracking updates is normal).
