Refund policy

All sales are final for in-stock items and customer requested buying service items.  If you don’t feel comfortable with an auction/item listing, please refrain from bidding/buying and wait for a set you’re happy with.  If it's an in-stock item, then please get clarification PRIOR to purchasing.

If you win a set of wheels and decide you don’t want them PRIOR to us shipping to you (while they are still here in Japan), we might consider buying them back at up to 70% of the purchase price if they’re a good fit our inventory.

For in-stock wheels, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied if you cancel your purchase PRIOR to shipping from Japan. All sales are final once wheels ship (packages cannot be recalled once in transit). Please confirm details prior to purchasing.

International shipping is expensive so it is simply impractical to accept returns after items have shipped UNLESS the customer pays the return shipping.
