A nice example of some classic TC-05's that have had the faces repainted in what looks to be Championship White or something similar as it has a creamy, pearl tone to it. I compared these next to the my Integra which is Frost White (basically straight white) and these had more warmth/creamy-ness to the color. I got them as-is so I'm just relaying my observations.
The faces were repainted but the barrels remain original and have some overspray. As is typical of TC-05's, the barrel finish is basically down to the aluminum. The factory coating on these wheels is very very thin to begin so it commonly wears off over the years but these look to have been sanded a bit as well. If you spray/seal up the barrels, these will be ready to rock.
The paint work on the faces looks to have been pretty through and well done. There was only one sag/run I noticed on the inside of one spoke.
