These are technically Rays Volk LE37T which are the same in design and forged construction as TE37's but had a different color variation (dark silver with polished lip). The faces on these have been painted a very similar silver to TE37 silver so they're more or less silver TE's now. Just want to be clear about that.
There are some nicks and chips in the finish but there isn't really any heavy rash to speak off. Please take a look at the enlarged pictures. There is some brake dust and a small spot where the finish is bubbling.
The paint work was well done with the back of each spoke masked off but you can see some overspray on the barrels in spots (barrels are still the original silver finish).
Overall, I can't really fault them. Good specs and good condition to rock as is or a great base to refinish to your liking.
