Condition wise, there is ZERO rash. I think people would believe you if you said they're new old stock. Someone took very good care of them. The barrels are crazy clean as well. All have the same 2006 production date.
The one flaw I found is on the inside lip. It looks like the wheel rubbed a bit and it scuffed the surface; it's not in the metal (pictured). I see a lot of CE's and TE's and they're never in this good of condition. Totally impressed with these!
