The black finish is flaking heavily on these. No major rash, but it does look like one spot has been sanded out a bit. I thought I noticed a small distortion on an outer lip but I couldn't find it again when taking pictures. Pretty cool "baby R33 GT-R wheels"! Great condition for a DIY refinish.
M2 Hanbai was a parts company in Japan that faded out some years ago. They made a bit of everything - wheels, seats, brake pads, etc. Their more popular and well known wheel is the DT-05R which has an aggressive five spoke pattern. This is the first set of these I've seen! Refer to old advertisement image when they were just releasing this wheel.
