No rash on these babies! However, they've been repainted black (possibly spray paint). It looks decent in the pictures but it's not a high quality finish. You can see sanding scratches from paint prep and there is places where you can see the original finish is bubbling underneath. They just need to be refinished to look 100%.
They were originally white as seen on the barrels and spec stickers.
A picture of all four size stickers included to show this set has been together it's whole life since new in 2002!
I have new Rays blue or black valves stems and/or stickers are in stock (mocked up in the pics). Please let me know if you'd like to add a set of either/both and what color after purchasing and I'll invoice separately.
