ZERO rash. Someone took very good care of them or they sat in storage most of their lives. Both "P1 Racing" stickers on each wheel are in tact and look new. There are some nicks and chips here and there (as pictured) but nothing major. The finish is still glossy white. I see a lot of old wheels and rarely are they in this good of condition. Totally impressed with these!
