These are in VERY good condition. ZERO rash. A few small nicks and scratches from handling, but no rash, grazes, bends, or cracks. The center caps and valve stems have weathered a bit but overall these are pretty much as good as it gets for used wheels. I suspect these are the only tires that have been mounted on these wheels since new.
