One looks like it has been repaired. The outer lip as been painted to match as best as possible but that paint/tinted clear coat is failing. That same wheel look like it had a bend repair on the inside as it has been painted.
One has a small bend on the inside lip.
Two are in good used condition for bronze CE's of this age - some staining, discoloration, and nicks/scratches in spots but no rash.
