New blue valve stems included (as current ones appear to be leaking).
Faces have nice gloss and basically zero rash which is great to see. There is some brake dust deposits between the spokes and a few spots where the finish is flaking around the lug nut area of one wheel. Scratches, nicks, and chips as you'd expect from normal use.
The inner barrels have finish flaking and more brake dust staining and deposits. I would be tempted to mask the faces and repaint the inner barrels a similar grey and send it. Great usable condition as is or perfect base to refinish.
I really like the flat, ever so slightly concave face on these. Classic made in Japan Buddy Club goodness.
